Jay Cox-Chapman
Program Assistant

Jay is Arc's Program Assistant and supports the Arc team by managing the organization's internal systems across projects. He coordinates Arc's knowledge products, Arc's reporting obligations, and is leading Arc's efforts to identify and leverage goods-distribution systems in the developing world. In addition, he led the development of Arc's Partner Performance Monitoring Tool, an Excel- and SMS-based tool that allows MFIs to monitor their energy lending programs.

Prior to joining Arc, Jay worked in the green building industry, assisting with the project management of several innovative projects, including an 11,000 sf shipping-container office building. He also served as an editorial assistant for Making India Work, a book by William Bissell on market solutions to governance and poverty in India.

An American citizen and a native of Hartford, Connecticut, Jay earned his BA from Williams College in Environmental Studies and American Studies.
